  • Medication Policy: We will bring the medication to the client in its container at the appropriate time, remove the top​, place the container on a level surface, and observe the medication has been properly consumed/applied. We are NOT authorized to administer, apply, teach, nor suggest medication. We are NOT authorized to remove medication from its containers. We are NOT authorized to place medication in the client's hands or mouth, nor do we practice the hand-over-hand policy.
